Our Dette’s branded laser safe rubber is one of the best on the market for quality and value, this premium brand material is ideal for producing high quality stamps on any Co2 laser cutter / engraver. The 2.3mm thick rubber produces no strong odours during production ensuring no complaints from end customers and a much more pleasant working environment. It is resistant to water and alcohol based inks and the outstanding engrave quality ensures accurate and beautiful stamp impressions every time.
During the laser engraving process the rubber sheet tends to get coated in rubber dust particles and we recommend the use of a good extraction system. Direct-to-air-extraction is preferable (subject to local legislation) as the dust produced can wear filters out quickly, same as with any engravable rubber. The engraved rubber can be easily washed after production, either by hand or in a with a decent domestic dishwasher.

The maximum sheet size we can stock is A4 (210mm x 297mm) with smaller ISO sizes available as standard, if you require an alternative size that is less than A4 but is not an ISO size then please get in touch and we'll be happy to provide a quote.
